On April 28, Selena Ross' "Getting Plowed," from Maisonneuve's Winter 2011 issue, won a Canadian Association of Journalists award for investigative reporting in the Magazine category. "Getting Plowed" exposed collusion, bid-rigging and violence in Montreal's snow-removal industry, and it was also recently nominated for a National Magazine Award for Investigative Reporting.
